Colour dispersions we offer for polyurethane foam are blends of high quality pigments finely dispersed in polyether polyols of various molecular weights for colouring PU foam of diverse densities. These pastes are manufactured by a special process. A high degree of dispersion of the pigment is obtained. The polyol used as the dispersing agent is a polyether polyol of 3000 molecular weight, as the carrier polyol, due to its reactivity, becomes a fully integrated part of the foam (slab stock). The physical properties of the final foam remains unchanged even when high use levels are applied. For identification of different foam grades, the use level of the paste should be 0.2% to 0.5% by weight of polyol. The colours available are shades of RED, YELLOW, ORANGE, GREEN, BLUE, VIOLET and BLACK. The colours are manufactured to a tolerance of CIELAB D.E.1 from a master standard.
